Smokey was very disrespectful and very unprofessional

He came to look at the window and very unprofessional. He yelled at me when he seen the window because it had an arch on the top of the window. Did not even try to talk to me about the price I would have paid it because my elderly mother lives there and it's not safe I'm here visiting from another state and wanted to get it fixed. Smokey the owner looked at it said very nasty I'm not doing this said some cuss words to me got in his beat up truck with his young worker that was driving and left. So I would not recommend this business to anyone. I would have paid the 500.00. Thank you
