Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I ordered a shirt Feb 8th. It was days that passed no communication. So I asked about shipping and was told they had a printing issue and would upgrade me to priority shipping. I received a delivery date of Feb 15th. So then it got changed by to Feb 22nd actually arrived Feb 23. The customer service department is so disrespectful. That I think k someone needs to look into how they treat ppl. I got email after email after the question wS answered jus being snotty and mean. I finally said stop harassing me and they kept going. Then said what do u want from me. And finally she stopped. This isn't cool and NOT professional
