Solari does not screen there residents.

The number one complaint I have is Solari does not screen there residents real well. Some of them are on parole here and they drop the leases from a year to month to month without any notice. They handle no major complaints. They only do minimal work, they lack property management skills. The managers do not communicate with the resident on important issues. They do not enforce very minimal work. Listen to residents more and do not have open properties it's not safe in general.
