I have never experienced customer service preformed this poorly. My truck was damaged in water, therefore I had to have it towed.

I have never experienced customer service preformed this poorly. My truck was damaged in water, therefore I had to have it towed. The employees at South metro towing in Atlanta GA are extremely rude all the way to management. When asking a simple question, I was rushed off of the phone by a member of management who had a horrible attitude. Not to mention my question was never properly answered due to the fact that the employee did not care to hear the question or concern. The member of management then hung up the phone. Leaving me speechless and her disrespected, unsatisfied and still Not knowing the answer to my question. Ultimately I feel strongly that this company do not care about its customers, or have any sense of integrity, and overall a good customer service experience. I would like the company to mandate their customer service representatives and management to complete a form of customer service etiquette courses at the very least.
