I feel like they are trying to take advantage of people who might not understand the situation.

I paid for my visit in full with a credit card before I left the office as I do not have health insurance. Around a week later I recieved a bill in the mail for $340 for lab tests I had already paid for at the time of visit. I spent about a week trying to resolve the error. This was unprofessional and stressful and I feel like they are trying to take advantage of people who might not understand the situation. The manager at the location named Lucy talked to me like I was a child until I told her if she can't resolve it I would have to get my lawyer involved. I was promptly served a certified letter stating I was fired as a hospital client for "verbal abuse" to said manager. All I told her was her staff was incompetent. I believe they are double dipping on clients bills. I would like the business to be investigated for financial fraud, and have this be some sort of permanent mark on their record.
