I was threatened that I couldn't see Dr Daniels unless I pd $50 for cancelling appts. Appointments I didn't even know I had and weren't informed of. A lady named Erin was very rude to me and I don't feel comfortable going back to that clinic. Their appt scheduling is very confusing. Dr Daniels has two offices and they didn't notify me which location to go to on my first appt. And went to the only location I knew off. Another appt I scheduled they told me it was going to be with someone named Mark at the office on Southwest Blvd and I cancelled because I didn't want to see the PA. There is a bad communication system. I'm used to talking to the Dr's nurse and she can relay messages to the Dr. And that's not how it's done now. The front staff is just business oriented. I don't appreciate being talked to like a child. I have worked as a Nurse for several doctors in the past and would never talk to a pt like that no matter their age or their ethnicity. This lady just seemed she wanted to show her authority by telling me that I had to pay $50 for cancelling appts. I've never heard about that at any other Dr's office. I spoke to the Clinic supervisor about this incident and she was very calm in listening to my concerns. That's what that lady should have done is letting someone else talk to me. She needs sensitivity training. I'm in a lot of pain and distress and that made me feel even worse.
