Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Everyone is very nice and they really take care of me the right away. They are all amazing and their prices are fair.

Spade Skin Care are amazing. I would rate them 11 stars out of 10. Everyone is friendly and make you feel comfortable and cater to your needs. They take time to explain what is going on and I like when people are not taking you for your money. They treat me on a personal level. They make me feel like my case is unique. They answer all my needs and I like that! I would recommend them. I have been seeing them a little over a year. Everyone is very nice and they really take care of me the right away. They are all amazing and their prices are fair.
