Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. They are conscientious, committed compassionate organization that always delivers 110%. I would use them again and again, recommend them to others, and rejoice when they become a Fortune 500 company!! I cannot tell you enough good things about this company!!
