Tell the employee that he can not close the bathrooms and to tell him he can not have people hanging out at the store with him.

I am in a wheelchair and I didn't have my chair, so I had to walk in to the gas station with my husband's help because I had to go to the bathroom real bad. walked all the way over to the bathroom and the employee told me I couldn't use the bathroom, because they are closed the employee also had someone hanging out with him at the gas station. this is the speedway on State St. in Auburn, NY. If talking to him does not work I would like to see him fired.
