If there was a 0 rating, this would get it. This company defines the word SLUMLORD. I've seen other bad ratings on here for them but I think they had them deleted and surely they will try to flag this post. I do not recommend this company to anyone. I don't think they have units available to the public anyway from their nepotism and AIR BB UNITS. It is a shady company that needs to be investigated. My friend has lived in their property in Studio City. Nonstop Child neglect, DISCRIMINATION AND RACISM. The onsite manager, Fernanda, is deplorable and useless, she keeps her phone off and only rents units to her nepotism tenants. Since my friend has lived there, I have only seen one race occupying units- Fernanda's friends who behave like children and somehow are allowed to run a babysitting business and party in front of the children. CPS had to be called. SRW lied to the investigator. THEY ALLOW THEIR multitude of NEPOTISM TENANTS BREAK THE LEASE AND HAVE THEIR OWN WASHING MACHINES BUT OTHERS OUTSIDE THIS CLIQUE ARE DENIED! MASSIVE DISCRIMINATION. THESE FRIENDS ARE ALSO ALLOWED TO RUN AIR BB BUSINESSES WITH DOGS IN THE UNIT AND STILL HAVE THE NERVE TO DISCRIMINATE AGAINST MY FRIEND? The unit next to my friend was empty for 5 months, SRW ate thousands of dollars $2200/MO? and they had the nerve to keep giving her gross used refrigerators and refused to replace a ceiling fan in the bathroom when there is NO WINDOW! There is now mold in the bathroom. Their nepotism tenants can do whatever they wish with no consequence. Unauthorized tenants, babysitting business w/neglected children that are not even supposed to be there, nonstop parties, vandalizing my friends property, stealing her packages- NONSTOP. Management does nothing bc their friends have NO RULES WHATSOEVER. SRW management needs to be audited if they can leave a unit empty for months and not bother to replace anything. There are termites in the rotted wood in front of the building. Time for Code Enforcement. Think they should be audited by IRS. The onsite manager came down to the pool drunk with her kids and started screaming at my friend to harass her out of the pool so they could have it for themselves?! The manager John Boegehold condoned and defended this deplorable behavior and had the nerve to make up false complaints on my friend. CPS had to be called again- a drunk woman watching small kids in the pool- not a safe scenario. The neighbors have complained about this manager. My friend has disabilities and has been nonstop harassed and discriminated against by SRW Properties. They think it is their Big Brother Hotel. There is NO BOTTOM w/SRW management, inc. The public should know what they do, what they get away with and be advised if you choose to do business with them.
