Awesome Customer Service!

I appreciate the customer service and professionalism of this company. My AC stopped working Monday night, I opened a claim with Old Republic HO Warranty. They assigned me a vendor who did not respond to my call to confirm they received the work order. I called back ORHO, they reassigned the job to St Heating and Conditioning. They responded to my call within a reasonable time, they confirmed the work order and they were honest with the expectation that they could not come out same day due to prior customer commitments. They said the next day, they would text and they did exactly what they said they would do. They showed concern about my situation. They arrived, assessed and trouble shoot the problem, they even explored why the problem happened. Thank you for excellent , professionalism and taking care of the issue!
