St Helena Convenience Store

Stop the price gouging and have set prices.

This is a neighborhood convenience store and every single time I go in to purchase something no matter what it may be the prices change dramatically. Their are only two gentleman that work in there and only one of them raise the prices. For instance I paid $11.50 in the morning (04-09-22) when the younger gentleman was working, but later on that same day I came back after work in the evening when the older gentleman was there and I bought the same exact item as I did earlier and I was charged $12.89. This is not the first time that this has happened..Also for a really cheap, thin 4 pack of toilet paper he charges $3.00 and I seen the same exact 4 pack and brand at Walmart for .66. These were the older gentleman words'' We are all neighbors, We need to watch out for each other''. He is very rude, he picks and chooses who he will give a tab to. Closes before the hours of operation is over. He also locks up the building during business hours not to use the rest room, but to go check on his rental properties that he has on and across the street. It is very convenient to have a convenient store a few houses down from me, but the price gouging is just unethical and just not right. It's been going on for some time now. I spend a lot of money with them and again it is only when the older gentleman is there. I brought it up multiple times to the younger gentleman which apparently is his brother and his response is that he gives me a discount which quite frankly is total bologna
