St. Monica's Rehabilitation Facility

They need to up there game on who us hired and they need to clean up the place because that place smells of urine.its messy and dirty

Twice in less than 8 months I had to put my 91 year old mother in the same Monica's rehabilitation center the the 2 times Last year same time this year December to January and she got the coronavirus in there it's the same thing I pick her out when they just told her and she has no clothes her sneakers cold gloves hats clothing everything Then stolen and misplaced It's a constant thing it's not fair in the Winter I go and pick up my mom and put her in a cab cab and she has no shoes no clothes on in the Winter hatch everything gone everything missing everything is placed someone in that facility is Either stealing or misplacing these patients belongings .I've had to take my 81 yr. Old mom home in the winter with no clothes only a hospital gown. Her clothes have been stolen or misplaced .The nurses give her to me always with nothing none of her clothes she smelled like urine. Plus to make matters worse they hire anyone without a can certificate and criminals, to work the kitchen, laundry etc... Our loved ones are in danger in that place. The owners are not aware or they don't care about what goes on in their facility .They need to up there game on who us hired and they need to clean up the place because that place smells of urine.its messy and dirty .The nurses need to b on top of the patients belongings and the patients need more care in bathing and at all times they should screen people especially criminal background check b4 they are hired. I can't believe my eyes.
