Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Stop playing with people's lives

I applied for a job with Staffinders. I am a felon so I was upfront with my recruiter. She assured me if I stayed for 90 days and had minimal occurrences I would be converted to company. I did stay for 90 days and was finally being converted. I was terminated due to adverse action 3 days after I submitted my application. When I got the call I was told I was terminated due to my performance. I knew that not to be true because I received a pre adverse action then an adverse action from the company. Fast forward 4 months, I saw an ad saying they were hiring so I applied. I received an email saying that I was not eligible for employment through their agency anymore due to termination.
