Have purchased from STAPLES over the years, the other day placed an online order to be picked up at the Staples near me. Order went through and around 5 emails with regard to the order, had to make several phone calls to the retail store where my order was ready for my pick up for an explanation of one of the emails. At the store, the Manager accused me of knocking over a display, in fact, his employee knocked over the display when she got mad when I asked her to put my items in a bag, the Manager accused me of harassing his employees and threatened to have me arrested if I go there again. His employees are Xmas help, do not know anything, make up answers a customer may have, a customer knowing the information provided is incorrect, very poor customer service. Unfortunate, this manager misinterpreted my questions as harassment, we customers know when an employee is lying, stealing, etc., everyone a person does business with these days has an attitude, hostilities, prejudices, personality conflicts and everything else, the word HARASSMENT is used so commonly, it has lost its meaning or content, a question these days is regarded as Harassment. Doing business these days is quite a challenge, a customer does not readily know who he/she/it is communicating with, prisoners, rapists, people on the America's most wanted?? These employees are probably responsible for the constant FRAUD with my credit cards. I would certainly check this Staples store located at 113 Mill Plain Rd.
