He wanted me to pay full price once something has been used

I have been going to star beauty supply for about 17 years never had a problem until now. I bought a wig for my daughter and when she opened it, it was torn. I took it back right away maybe 10 and the man, a black guy around 60 in age he wouldn't let me exchange it. So I kept it. on March 16, 2021 I went to purchase another wig around two and thirty dollars the same. guy said that was the only wig they had left, the one on display, and he wanted me to pay full price no discount on a wig that has been out the package. people touch and tried on, so I left without the wig because he wanted me to pay full price once something has been used the value goes down. he is terrible. I don't even want to shop there anymore. Talk to the gentleman and let him know that if something is open and you want to sell it at least give a discount
