Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Our experience with other companies of this type shows that no actual loans are available, and assistance is not provided. These companies are not lenders, and therefore, cannot guarantee or approve a loan. In spite of guarantees made to the contrary, it is almost impossible to obtain refunds.
