Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. My Concerns Were Put To Rest

The thought of getting my medical concerns addressed by an online doctor was a little scary at first. I did have concerns and if not for a good friend's recommendation, I would have never scheduled a consult. This was my first experience with an online doctor, but I'm quite happy with the services I received. The process wasn't complicated as I thought it may have been. The questions asked seem to be limited, but detailed to reach a diagnosis or to start the process of testing. I'm very happy with my consult, I did not receive a prescription. But that was fine, what I did receive was sound advice about my diet and what I need to do in the future. I will have a follow up soon. Medical care can be expensive, this service was not. Overall, very pleased with my guidance.
