Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Ok service. Everything was quick and easy.

My friend referred me to this business when my local doctor couldn't help. I'd rather see a doctor face to face, but my experience was ok. I talked to a doctor, he told me what I needed and ordered a medication. I filled out a long question sheet, didn't like that. Wish the doctor would just ask. But I do feel better and I guess for that, I'm happy. They were very respectful, done in a timely manner. Appears they can be trusted.
