Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Poor customer service.

I came to Norman Oklahoma on vacation to visit family. Myself, husband and best friend. Myself and friend are black my husband is white. We went in he's not into it. From the second we walked in this store this lady was rude. We kind of laughed felt like pretty woman. We had money but couldn't afford anything. I was ticked to the fullest. After being followed very close I add we just left. I wanted to make sure that I wasn't being harsh. My husband went inside and came out 20 minutes later. His face was red and then he was pale. He said from the second he walked in her hand was on his. At one point it was on her chest. She wanted him to come back after hours for a discount. The obvious racism is the reason and the complete disrespectful manner she showed. Norman the home of OU sports didn't feel like home. If he would've went back alone that's divorce. This ended up being the owner and I still don't believe it. Shut down her obvious abuse of power is the infection to the disease. Rate a negative 5.
