Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Great Attorney

Stephen Olson is a great attorney. He provides an exemplary level of customer service at all times. He has guided me every step of the way through a very contentious and confusing custody struggle. He responds to questions, etc. in less than 24 hours with typical response time of just a few hours. I have never once felt that my case was lost in the "legal practice shuffle", or that my case was not important to him. Stephen is also very considerate of my time and finances, and does not hesitate to indicate what legal actions are critical to the case and which have minimal return on investment. Stephen always provides me a detailed level of information where I can be confident that I am making the most informed decisions on direction and strategy at all times.
