Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Bathroom remodel

I worked with Jonah from Sterling Builders. He came in for a quote for my bathroom remodel and left a great impression on me. I have done work on my home before so I know how to approach the project and so I got a few other quotes but chose this company to sign the contract and begin with the work. Today, almost two months after my bathroom remodel, looking back I am very happy with my choice. The workers and all company representatives were very professional, always on time, updated me daily on the progress of the work, and when they were done left my house spotless. The office was also well organized there was an admin assigned to my project that was always available to talk to and get status from. The bathroom turned out beautiful too! Will definately work with them again!
