Our furnace was installed incorrectly cause it to emit carbon monoxide. We contacted Stinnett and their response was that "there were people without AC so we would just have to wait". It took them 3 WEEKS to repair the furnace. Due to the leakage, the local gas company was to come today to shut off our gas. Thankfully after badgering the company, they came yesterday and completed the required repairs.
