I want them to discontinue the use of electronic coupons - charge the price that is listed on the sign for everyone

Store has a sign for 24pack of Poland spring water for $11.88 when you buy 3 - with no restrictions on the sign, not even in small print. They charged $14.88 at the register - then told me I had to dispute it at customer service. The manager said that you could only get the 11.88 price with a digital coupon. I had to return the original purchase and they made me get an app on my phone to get the coupon. This is discriminatory against older people - I am 67 and don't know how to get these things. The person at the counter had to do it for me. I don't want any of these extra apps on my phone. The store should have listed the restriction on their sign. I want them to discontinue the use of electronic coupons - charge the price that is listed on the sign for everyone. Don't make people get apps on their phones to get the lowest price.
