Owner finally admits he did tow my vehicle and he crushed it after having it in his possession for 3 days.

My car was stolen on November 19, 2018, The Cartersville Police department contacted the company to tow the car. I was contacted the same day and promptly contacted the company to go retrieve my car. I make my way to the office just to be told they do not have my vehicle. I contact the police department in which I am given the records where the company was contacted and that they did have it. After a month of back and forth they owner finally admits he did tow my vehicle and he crushed it after having it in his possession for 3 days. I have been given the run around and continue to be dismissed even after the owners arrest for stealing the vehicle. I want the company to pay for my car as well as the other expenses this has caused me.
