Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. They are trying to sell old food.

They are trying to sell old food. The chicken is so old that it's pink or purple. I brought it to the attention of the cashier and they actually told me to buy it or leave. That's messed up because its was at least 7 hours old and I have been treated like this on four occasions. I'm over them treating me like Garbage and them feeding 60 cats between 2 stores.
