Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Best cunstruction company i ever dealt with

I live in Palo Alto for 41 years, i work at NASA for 42 years, i have never met such a great contractor and a service provider as Idan!!! TWO bathrooms, kitchen, floors, lights, electrical upgrade, interior paint, new ROOF RE-DECK!, windows and sliding doors, my whole back and front yard, they did everything for me and they did the best job and more! Ive been screwed over for years even when i needed a small job done, everyone is flakey and want my money, I'm extremely happy with Stylit and I Rocco and it with all my heart!
