Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I filled out a subscription (Invoice # 604335122) for Sports Illustrated last February, 2024 for 64 issues (with five free issues) for $76.16 and sent this to Subscriber Services on North Rainbow Blvd. in Las Vegas. The cancelled check is dated February 15, 2024. I have received no issues of Sports Illustrated over the past year. I called Sports Illustrated Customer Service and they indicated that this business is a fraud. Resolution Sought Can you give me any information regarding this issue? Given my conversation with the Customer Service representative from Sports Illustrated I suspect I'm not the only one to have this issue. Is there any litigation pending in this regard?
