Get a new staff, Clean Up

The people that work there, live in the facility, where I over hearing the girl telling one girl to un hide her current room and hide the new room because she was moving her stuff, which is a total of 5 rooms with employees, which not one works the downstairs front desk which they shut it down at 11pm while all of them living in the hotel, 1 on the 2nd floor, 3 on the the third floor and the other two on the 4th floor, and they never clean the washer or dryers it's build up inside of the machines, and they never dress in uniform, n one hotel associate allow her son to be in his under clothes bare foot in the elevator, and the carpets are dirty, and the elevator is dirty, and the door handle is broken off on the outside which u can't get in as long u go thru the front n if u forget ur key n ur getting off late n they close the front desk at 11pm guess what nobody can let u in, this place is past due on visits n the owner doesn't care n had numerous complaints on this building, and to top it off if the washer doesn't wash ur clothes which u pay for it, the ladies they hire isn't train correctly, there telling guest they have to contact the company that the hotel is partners with which I would think they put a ticket in n take the guest name for refund purposes, but no they telling the guest to call themselves , which I never in history ever hear a hotel refuse to give the money back n the customer has to do there own ticket for refund n repair, this hotel is run down
