On multiple occasions I went without utilities in a home owned by them.

I lived in a home owned by Summus Realty formally KB Realty, for 3 years. In that time period I was left without water, electric, and gas on multiple occasions due to the company not holding up their part of the rental agreement. I want nothing from the company
