Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Great expeirence

I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to express how pleasant and easy the process was with Sun cities fin. I met with Jeff, and I felt he was looking out for my best interests. He really knows his stuff. There are so many financial institutions out there and how does a person know they are getting quality. They have the ability to find the top rates and top companies to solve my deposit needs. I already have recommended to others and that is something I don't usually do.
