On 5-23-18 at 1523 I tried to pull out $40 cashier told me okay to $2,99 slid my debit card for $2.99 gave me $0 cash back

On 5-23-18 at 1523 I tried to pull out $40 cashier told me okay to $2,99 slid my debit card for $2.99 gave me $0 cash back and told me okay let me slide the card again with no ATM fee and charge me $3.99 for an additional charge ATM fee and all I initially wanted to withdrawal Was $40 and only handed me $32.00 cashier told me that he charged me charged me $3.99 for a soda and Shrugged her his shoulders and went outside and smoked a cigarette.
