Poor customer service!!

The manager came out ready threatening the company that I had me spinner they would only accept cash check no credit card. At first the key that they gave me didn't work in either lock then I went back and got another one and when I did open up the room you watch his ran from everywhere it was insane it was totally hot the room was disgusting the showers and nasty75. Don't want no refund it should be shut down.
