They are extremely disorganized and that needs to change.

After numerous problems and complaints that have been brought to the property manager's attention and even being requested to file written complaints that I've had difficulty doing with my schedule and memory by that manager, I went to the office today to pay my bill a few days late for lack of time to do so during to week. The neon sign in the window said open and after checking the licked door, I saw the typed letter taped to the window that said along the lines of "I am working on a lock on site, please call my cell(xxx)xxx-xxxx and I'll be able to assist you" Not a direct quote, but very close. So I called the number. Immediately it went to voicemail, which generally means the phone is either dead or someone else is calling at the same time, so I tried twice more to be sure. There was no ringing, so no reason to believe the call was even going through. The third call was answered by "Is this an emergency? This better be an emergency. Is this an emergency? Why are you blowing up my phone? I'm TRYING to enjoy some lunch here at 1 o'clock without being bothered." I don't know how much of my response was heard before he hung up on me. After telling me repeatedly that it was the previous employees that were the issue, he spit right in my face himself.
