I am filing a complaint about an assumption Loan and the lack of professional response for answers I need for the loan process. I haven't received an explanation on why it was denied even though I have more than enough resources to pay for and I am continuing to pay for more than the mortgage every month. I pay $500 more per month on the principal balance of the loan for 6 months. And for 6 months that money goes to the escrow. Even though the loan has been denied it doesn't make sense. The past two and half years I have been paying the mortgage I have the receipts my credit score is above 800 and I have paid the mortgage at the first of the month never having a penalty. They need to explain to me how they came up with me not being qualified but they are still taking the money to the property I still own (my mother deeded the property to me after death) My mother's name is Carmen Edghill and I want the property that's in my name to have the loan to be in my name officially. If you need the emails I have sent I will gladly forward them and it will show a consistent pattern of no response from Trust. My account got closed so before I could get my payroll direct deposit stopped it was too late. It was done processing. They had nothing to do with the incident just spent almost a month and trust bank still has it mail me my paycheck I got to have it that's what I live on. I think it's wrong. I called them and they even hang up. The phone on me. Won't even speak rudest people I've ever talked to in my entire life. Resolution Sought Miami my paycheck
