Poor service

I've been a customer at this motel twice, in the past week and a half. I was put in the same room twice (room 107), despite the fact that there's been other rooms available. My neighbors upstairs (and downstairs, to the left and right, have been flooding my room with methamphetamine, and bleach, and constantly talking about my behavior in my room (observations, they couldn't know unless they had surveillance equipment. )This I've confirmed using countersurvuellance equipment at a prior residence, having suspected similar behavior due to a similar experience. The owner of the property doesn't answer his phone, and the permanent residents upstairs and beside me are allowed to violate the motel rules of conduct (moderate noise expectations, to the extreme of hearing tenants music across the property, from tenants above and beside room 107). with front desk and owner consent in exchange to harass innocent bypassing tenants in room 107. I would like room 107 to be swept for surveillance equipment ( which costs appxm $6,500- a fee I can't afford), the perpetrators brought to justice, and me be compensated accordingly (as well as others who have been victimized by this corrupt project).
