The staff did not help us

The staff did not help us. They're front desk calls kept coming up to our room waking us up it started at five in the morning! The charged us for Cheeto dust on the pillow case that was easily wiped off. They claimed it wouldn't come off in their machine. I wiped it off with a baby wipe! I stated if I was to started my monthly would I be charged for that to be told me yes! There was a customer in front of us with a bed big complaint.
