Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. The workers watch the kids like parents are incapable of having their own children follow the rules.

The workers watch the kids like parents are incapable of having their own children follow the rules. Countless time I had corrected my kids before they did or they do not give the parents even a chance to correct their own kids. If they want to run it like this then why the heck do the parents need to stay? Also, for whatever reason my 3 year old was being more corrected by the worker than a 12-14 year old who is doing cartwheels through out the place and running over my 3 year old. This does not make any sense whatsoever. If you want to feel like an incompetent parent and have workers who pick and choose who to correct as it might be easier for them and les aid a conflict to correct a 3 year old than a teenager then so be it. Your better off going to pump it up open jumps as the parents can jump with and your kids are more free to run around. Change how they either train their workers or have the workers back off a bit.
