I'd like to see some form of punishment given to this woman for causing such pain to my family Especially around the holiday season

This company allows the lady in the office her name is Carol to run the entire business she gets to do whatever she wants without any thing being done to her for her wrong-doings such example I complained about repairs that needed to be done in the unit and she retaliated by evicting me the owner never says anything to Carol about the way she treats his tenants for no reason I've lived in this unit for 6+ years and there was no reason for her to treat me as such except for the fact that she has it in for me and my family now me and my family are out in the cold behind this situation and I wasn't able to complain to anyone or go over her head to tell them my side of the situation
