Renting his uninhabitable mobile home

The criminal Mexican slumlord Carlos Aispuro Senior is illegally renting his uninhabitable mobile home at Sweetwater Lodge house #159 in Spring Valley, CA to unsuspecting innocent tenants that he is scamming for money in the amount of approximately $100, 000. I would like this business to be shut down, fined and for the slumlord Carlos Aispuro Senior to be brought to justice in California.
