The facility states they do not have the time to monitor face coverings

The facility states they do not have the time to monitor face coverings, room to room visitation, and social distancing. The residents were confined 1 year ago and the Covid rules are not enforced and they allow the residents to go to the back yard of the building to smoke cigarettes. See if the staff can and are able to enforce the rules as stated above. Many staff members state they are too busy or have to do their particular job.
