Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Complainants allege misrepresentation and failure to provide services, difficulty obtaining refunds, dissatisfaction with lack of service and unauthorized charges to customer accounts. Complaints allege initially they are told that they will receive a minimum amount of calls per month to help generate new business; however the company fails to deliver the amount of calls guaranteed. Some complainants attempt to cancel services only to have their credit cards still charged.

The company responds to complaints by advising customers that they signed a non-cancelable, non-refundable binding agreement with Injury Network thus refund and cancellation requests are denied. In some cases the company responds by offering to provide proof that they advertised the business as stated in contract and that actual results will depend on how the individual offices handle the inquiries, as well as the knowledge and competence of the client. To some complaints the company states they will continue to fulfill its performance requirements as outlined in their agreement. The minimum number of calls to be received for a six month contract is 48 calls, and if not met the member will receive 2 months free and a minimum of 96 calls for a 12 month agreement with 4 months free if the minimum is not met.
