Be more professional and counselor be available to stand up

I was ordered to go to treatment from my parole officer in September. I attended I had to get Medicaid so it went in effect October 1st was going to every group 3 times a week. Then my Father in-law past away so I missed a couple groups to support my family. Then back at group I went to my parole officer she called to confirm I was going. My counselor was unable so the receptionist told her I would come here and there which was un-true. That made my parole officer put me in a correction facility for 45 days.
