Yes on 724 of 2021 at 5:19 and 55 seconds cashiers name is Alana a my husband went through the drive-thru ordered tacos and we got home ate them I bit into one of the hard tacos and something crunched in my mouth and it was a press on fingernail I don't wear press on nails at all I called the management and let them know I have the receipt I have the food I have the pictures I am absolutely disgusted and thankfully my 3-year-old daughter didn't eat that one or I'd have all their jobs I called and was ridiculed stating nobody had press ones I wasn't caring about who had what I was making a complaint because I bit into a taco and ate a press on fingernail I spit it out you can clearly see in the picture exactly what is going on I have all the proof the documentation I was told that I was a liar and that it didn't happen at that store which I have the receipt the time the date the pictures everything to prove exactly what I'm saying is true and this is absolutely disgusting I will be contacting the health department I have never been so humiliated and disgusted and ridiculed in my life I also used to be a manager at this specific Taco Bell as well and I dedicated a lot of my life very years ago and I know how the whole system runs I know that they put dates on stuff over expired stuff as well a lot goes on behind closed doors and a lot of complaints have been filed I know that for sure but this by far surpasses anything I don't want anything free I'm not asking for that!
