Their sales tactics are sketchy, teachers will tell you to submit the homework via their direct message system which allows their sales staff to call you constantly to sell you private classes. They dislike receiving feedback on how to improve their group classes and threatened me that they will close my account in 14 days unless I pay premium and lied that it counts for all members. So I reached out to management to ask for confirmation, which they were scared in confirming in writing, then I reached out to their shareholders to make them aware in what type of companies they invested in, that has no ethical business practice. Then they called and threatened me to apologize for embarrassing the CEO otherwise my account will be terminated immediately, which I obviously refused and I am filing a lawsuit against them. Their poor ethical business practice isn't just to students but also teachers, which are all complaints from teachers themselves on Glassdoor. This should stop and businesses should learn taking responsibilities and everyone should be made aware about their poor business practice, which is my goal.
