Some customers state they paid the company $450.00 in advance to shop for musical materials for record labels only to find out the label companies were not interested or responses received were from no name label companies. One customer alleges the company requested additional fees to send more labels out and failed to provide a list of labels the materials were sent to. Others state refunds were not issued according to the money back guarantee after contracts expired and no offers were obtained. The company responds to complaints by stating a refund would be provided upon receipt of the customer's signature on a release, or denying refunds based on services provided. The company refers to their contract which states no refunds are provided when a contract recording or publishing is presented. The company did provide a refund to one customer. A few complaints are closed as unresolved, meaning the customers were not satisfied with the company's response.
