Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. This service is awful.

This service is awful. I was in a crisis and emotionally distressed and called this hotline like my therapist suggested and they didn't answer the phone until my fifth or sixth time calling. And then when I called back because I was getting upset with life once again the man answered the phone and asked me what was going on. After asking a couple of questions he quickly jumped straight to ok is there anything else we can do for you? How is this even suppose to be helpful. I felt that he did not sense my distress or need for assistance and that he was being judgmental and short with me. Almost as if I were aggravating him. Why do people have jobs if they don't do them. I could have killed myself and if I do I will make sure I write a letter for my family so they can sue this company. Do their job.
