Poor customer service

I went in to get a manicure and 2 pedicures and the pedicure looks terrible. The French tip are lopsided and look terrible. They used a drill to file down my nails which I have been growing for months and told them that I did not want and they still did it. When I went back inside to complain they refused to give me a refund or any kind of compensation the only thing they offered was to do it again. They weren't following correct COVID procedures to add on the fact. They had shower curtains hung up with bent wire hangers that they used to spectate the customers which also weren't 6 feet apart either. Do a better job and listen to what the customers actually says and it wouldn't hurt if they learned a little more English too.
