Team Rehabilitation Physical Therapy

Consider clients injuries, and help clients regardless of their cultural background.

I been going to Team Rehabilitation Physical Therapy for more than six months. This clinic refuse give you the physical therapy you need. I had a thearpist name Ellie, she do not take my injury serious. I complain to the supervisor, Rebecca stating that I was not satisfied with the treatment I was receiving because my treatment plan did not include 1on1 physical therapy with a therapists. I explain to her my injures are serious and important like clients. Rebecca refuse to make any adjustments to my treatment plan because she hold racial beliefs towards African Americans and older adults. After reporting this issue, she responded "Oh, I thought you was a nice person" and "And if you do not seeing improvement than it because of your age". I told her my age and me being a nice person had nothing to do with me receiving 1on1 therapy. The therapist work on my knees for less than ten minutes. She tell me to do several different exercises, but when a Caucasian client come in for therapy, the therapist work on the patient legs for half hour to hour. I have seen this since I been going there. On May 2, 2019 she tells me it was my last day because they don't see any improvement in my condition. I explained to her, my condition remained the same because she refuse to do her job. She spend more time talking about her boyfriend and traveling adventure, that she fail to take care of her clients. She is not professional. The supervisor let this therapist do what ever she wants. I need help!
