Telebrands/Bulbhead

I purchased a pocket hose with a lifetime guarantee. When the hose, which I used once a week and kept in a bucket in the garage, suddenly burst I tried to get Telebrands/Bulbhead to honor their guarantee. I must have at least 30 e-mails between us before they finally relented and said they would send a replacement hose. I received the hose and when I connected it and turned it on it shot out water from behind the connection. I contacted Telebrands and the e-mails ensued once again. I received the second replacement hose and I connected it... the same result. These new hoses wouldn't fully go onto the hose bib but I figured they would work anyway...it should have. These hoses were defective. I accused them of being sadists and I still believe that! Sitting in their offices saying to each other "we'll teach them to complain about our products!" I will carefully read labels and never purchase anything that has a Telebrands/Bulbhead logo on it! You can heed my warning or not at your own peril. You don't want to be on e-mail with these sadists for hours, and then be sent a product that's even worse than the one being replaced unless you enjoy jumping through hoops at the direction of the sadist on the other end!
